Johannes Pauen
Johannes Pauen has been a co-owner and managing director of kleiner und bold since 2008. An economics graduate, he began his career as a cultural manager in Berlin in 1992. He developed and set up the Cultural Investment Programme of Land Brandenburg on behalf of the Ministry of Science, Research and Culture. Since 1999, he has held senior managerial positions as a communications and branding consultant at various agencies. During this time, he worked with clients from the automobile, mechanical engineering, telecommunications, consumer goods and cultural sectors.
Johannes Pauen works mainly on the design of strategy and implementation processes, as well as the design of spatial branding. He makes regular appearances to specialised audiences as an author and speaker on the topic of brand steering and implementation.
Tammo F. Bruns
Tammo F. Bruns is the founder and managing partner of kleiner und bold GmbH and so has run his own company since 1992. Since graduating in design, he has always focused his work on the sustainable corporate creation of value for his clients. As a result, the agency’s key areas from the outset have been brand strategy, corporate design and communication. Entrepreneurial experience and diverse brand expertise make kleiner und bold one of the most prominent branding agencies in Germany.
Tammo F. Bruns is much in demand as an expert on brand management at congresses, in the trade press, and at companies. He is also on the board of the Communication Association of Berlin and a managing director of Saeculum Archivgesellschaft mbH.
