DKSH

DKSH Management Ltd. is a global leader in the field of market expansion services with a focus on Asia. Whether it is a matter of opening up or expanding purchase, manufacturing or sales markets, DKSH supports companies from the consumer goods, health, technology and raw materials industries from consulting on market entry to after-sales services. The DKSH brand was created in 2002 following the merger of three Swiss companies, Diethelm, Keller and SilberHegner, all of which have been active in Asia for over 140 years. Currently, the company has 460 offices in 35 countries.

Since 2007, kleiner und bold has supervised the global implementation of brand strategies and corporate design and been responsible for the internal and external communications strategy of the DKSH umbrella brand. As part of the brand implementation, kleiner und bold developed a new organisation for international brand management and is responsible for training staff. Over 2000 senior managers have been familiarised with the new brand at the CEO Road Show and received training on the new performance claims in workshops. Over 40 corporate design guidelines have been developed for the entire communications applications from the corporate brochure to trade fair stands. A set of regulations containing advice on decision making and design guidelines has also been developed for the large number of cooperation types with other companies and brands envisaged by the DKSH business model. Although the umbrella brand communication only began in 2010, these measures have already led to a significant increase in awareness of the DKSH brand in the target markets.
