The company’s credo is the rapid advancement of photovoltaics as a sustainable and environmentally compatible technology for the quick reduction of costs. The topic of employer branding was particularly important in the rapidly expanding solar sector, notably given the shortage of specialists. In 2008, Capital voted Q-Cells one of the best employers in Germany.
