The agency consists of consultants, strategists, project managers, production managers, web designers as well as 2D and 3D graphic designers. There are 21 employees at present and they are supported by a specialised network of select and experienced organisational developers, PR consultants, fashion designers, architects, journalists, directors, illustrators, programmers and more - a network that has been developed and refined over many years.

Kleiner und bold was founded in Bremen, Germany, in 1992. The agency has never seen the likes of a Mr. Kleiner or Ms. Bold. The name stands for a straightforward, flexible structure and a bold image. "And the name hints at our penchant for typography" says founder and executive director Tammo F. Bruns in response to frequent questions about the name.
